Delivery

Your item will be dispatched within 48 hours during Mon-Fri. For UK delivery, items should arrive within 2-5 working days. For special delivery and urgent orders, please contact us.

- Within the UK, the shipping cost is £2.95 for orders under £15 or free for orders over £15

No Quibble Returns

All products we sell are in pristine brand new, unused and unmarked condition (unless specifically mentioned otherwise).  When you return an item to us it must be in the same condition as when you received it, so that we can put it back into stock and re-sell it to another customer.  Labels must still be attached to the product.  Damaged packaging will only be accepted if the damage was the minimum amount necessary to open the package and inspect the product or if the damage was caused in transit. Please do not tape or staple paperwork to the item or the packaging.

If we send you wrong or faulty items, goods you never ordered, or substitute goods you prefer not to accept, we will refund or issue a credit note to cover your return delivery charges providing you obtain our consent by email and use the return delivery method that we stipulate. You shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances.

 

Refunds

When we receive your item, after inspecting the product we will notify within 7 days of  the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 days.

 

Shipping

We recommend you use a tracked and insured service. If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the carrier.

You shall pay return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturing fault or our dispatch error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
