Just what I needed

Use this every day to keep track of meals, appointments. When we are seeing friends, my daughter's school clubs and activities. I recommend this so highly we bought one for my wife's grandmother after her stroke to help her organise her week and remember what she has had planned. We also boxes next to each day so she could tick off when she had taken meds, that's she had eaten and then tick off when the day was done to help keep her week straight.Sticks on fridge great, good quality.
